Please Help those in need who attend our Annual Christmas Day Free Dinner, Movie and Concert. Last year we were able to feed almost 1,000 people/children and families.
If you can't volunteer for the dinner, but would like to help, your donations of new or gently used clothing, shoes, coats, blankets, unwrapped toys, dry & canned foods, toiletries, feminie hygene products, children's clothing, diapers, Turkeys, hams and more would be greatly appreciated. Donations may be dropped off at the Lakewood Theater, Monday, December 17th through Friday, December 21st, from noon to 6pm. SPECIAL REQUEST: We are quickly outgrowing the walls of the Lakewood Theater with this event, and although it means we are helping more people, it also shows how much need there is. We would like to put the "General Store Area" where guests shop for much needed clothes, blankets, food and toiletries in a very large tent in the parking lot outside the theater.... IF ANYONE HAS A LEAD ON THE DONATION OF A LARGE TENT, please let us know. (The tent will need to be installed and heated).
